Maria has been practicing in the areas of Family Law and Social Security Disability since 2003. She has strong experience in the complicated arenas of government bureaucracy, the medical community and the administrative court system, as well as in-depth knowledge of Social Security Disability rules, regulations and case law. Drawing on her extensive litigation background, Maria has obtained a wide range of experience handling divorce, paternity, mediation and modification cases. Her compassion, understanding and deep commitment to her clients and their lives, make her an extremely effective advocate for her clients. We primarily serve the Melbourne and Brevard County areas of Florida as well as Orlando. We are able to take cases from throughout Florida.
